  • Occupation and parking at occupants own risk.
  • Limited Maids accommodation (shared).  Own bedding and padlock R 70-00 per night.
  • Please note : An additional charge of R 120-00 per extra person per day. 
  • Satellite TV
  • Monthly out of season tariff is negotiable.  Tariffs can be changed without notice.
  • Supply dish washing liquid, hand wash soap, toilet paper and bath towels supplied at arrival.
  • No Swimming towels.
  • Cancellation fee :
    • Up to 30 day prior to arrival - 70% refund.
    • 29 to 1 day prior to arrival - No refund.
    • Arrival day - Non arrival - Early departure - No refund
  • Reservation : A deposit of 50% is required before confirmation.

    • A R500.00 breakage deposit on all bookings refundable within 14 days after departure.
    • A R5000.00 BREAKAGE DEPOSIT ON ALL BOOKINGS FOR THE PERIOD 20 NOVEMBER TO 15 DECEMBER PLUS A NUISANCE DEPOSIT refundable within 25 days after departure.
